Analog Vibes is the first volume within the Evenings Collection. These pieces began as compositional sketches - grooves, chord movements, and rhythmic ideas developed over years as a composer and arranger.
With modern production tools and emerging AI-assisted workflows, those ideas have been expanded and fully realized. The core musical direction remains my own. These tools allowed the arrangements to reach their full form.
You won’t hear much saxophone here - intentionally. Although saxophone is my principal instrument, this release keeps the focus on rhythm, harmony, and ensemble interplay. Some of these grooves may return in future projects where the horn takes center stage.
Analog Vibes is about warmth, pocket, and atmosphere – 70s-inspired instrumental music designed to live comfortably in the background while still rewarding close listening.
